Refund policy

At Nannar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item or request a refund, please review the policy below.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us in writing at orders@nannar.co.uk. We recommend keeping a copy of your cancellation request for your records.

Returns & Refunds

If you cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, you are eligible for a full refund. You must return the products to us as soon as possible, in their original condition. Unless the products are faulty or misdescribed, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide photos of:

  • The item(s) received
  • The packaging with the delivery label visible

If your claim is valid, we will provide a full refund, including delivery costs, or send a replacement at no extra charge.

Lost or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please notify us within 14 days of shipment (for UK domestic orders). We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.

Processing Your Refund

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card).
  • We will process refunds as quickly as possible, and no later than 30 days after your cancellation request.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your legal rights regarding faulty or misdescribed products. For more information, you can contact your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
